vegan flapjack (+ milk and butter, mandatory)

This quick and easy Flapjack is what I like to call the not so vegan Flapjack. it looks modern and thrifty. So we call the not so vegan flapjack with the chia, sunflower and pumpkin seeds in and on top of it makes it a vegan ideal treat.
