My Food Tech Class each year join in a Challenge in the UK. It is about design and how you can be creative with your designing skills. Each year the challenge comes with a theme, it was nations this year. Me being a very big fan of skiing I decided to do Norway. Also my family are planning to visit Norway this summer. This is represented by the royal icing making the show and hill (where the tunnock teacake is hidden underneath). The polar bear is there as in Norway it is highly populated by polar bears and are often seen by tourists. I enjoyed this challenge as it was a fun and different thing I do rather than just cooking and my design skills were tested.
