We had some end of season tomatoes from our greenhouse which were a bit too ripe to eat so we made something called Tomato Kasoundi on the weekend. It's an insane Indian-spiced condiment that packs a massive flavour punch. Aside from tomatoes there are garlic, ginger, black mustard seeds, ground cumin and chilli with a little bit of ground turmeric for colour. It is so delicious I can't wait to eat it!
