Last week I attended a full week cookery class at The Avenue Cookery School in Wandsworth. I did it for two reasons - I love cooking and also I needed to attend a 5 day/4 night residential course for my Gold Duke of Edinburgh. So it was a total win!
It was a really enjoyable and useful week where we got to perfect the classics such as fish pie and and apple crumble. We also got to cook some new dishes that I haven't tried before. I even made some new friends.
