Today I tried something very different and definitely something I would never have considered cooking if it wasn’t for this blog page. I made a pan-fried sea bass with ratatouille and crispy basil. I have been reading up on how to make meat more flavoursome and it was recommended to buy meat fresh, especially fish, so I bought the fish from a local fish market. I enjoyed not only the flavour of the fish but gutting and trimming the meat off the fish. It was simple but delicious!
