I was luck enough to go the watch England v Italy in Rome last weekend in the Six Nations it was a brilliant weekend - not only because England won but also because Italian food is so delicious There were too many things to write about like amazing pizzas, gelato and pasta. The pudding in the photo below was my favourite. It had a salted caramel and hazelnut filling encased in a gooey chocolate ganache. I have no idea how they made it but it was lovely!
