Today I had a unique and amazing experience of tasting different olive oils, I did this with my tutors husband who is from Italy and they produce the 2nd most olives in the world behind Spain. In this session we learnt how to taste with a strange but effective mouth movement. Not only this but we learnt how the perfect temperature for olive oil is 28C. To end the session I was gifted two Italian olive oils (which were my favourite.) I cannot wait to use them over the summer!
