I had to share some more dishes from our trip to Capri they were all so good. We had roasted, marinated peppers which were part of a massive antipasto spread including fresh melon and proscuitto and tomato, basil and mozarella which is a classic Italian dish made in the colours of their flag we also ate a whole sea bass that had been baked in a dough to give really moist fish - I've never seen that before! The BEST GELATO in the world in every flavour you can imagine.
