Mixed berry bavarois on a sponge base

So my dessert and final dish for my food and nutrition coursework is my mixed berry bavarois. As you know I've made this before however for my coursework I needed to make it look a bit more special. So I had the idea of decorating the top with fresh berries and raspberry jelly. I think it looks so much better and it's actually not that hard to do. I'm really happy with this and will definitely include it in my menu.


Now to practice and get all my dishes as perfect as I can! My exam is in March so not long to go now.
