This week I've gone sweet and made a fruit bavarois on a sponge base. The aim of this dessert was to try and make it as healthy as possible as I'm trying to eat more healthily at the moment. This was done in many ways. I kept the seeds in the fruits as they are full of fibre. I also used whipping cream as it is lower in fat. I really enjoyed making this dessert, it had a soft, spongy base and a sweet jelly like topping. I would make again as it was not too sweet and a healthy option for dessert. My family really enjoyed it too!
