Even though it's been grey and wet weather I was really craving something light and healthy. I've never eaten crab before but I've read it's a very lean source of protein. So I made this salad that also had rocket, mango and a dressing of limes, chilli, ginger and garlic. To top it off, a garnish of toasted sesame seeds. It was so delicious and very easy to make. I would definitely have this again.
