This week I'm doing my final preparations for my practical Food & Nutrition exam. I did a run through of my dishes on the weekend - it went pretty well but I still have a couple of things I need to improve. I also have to refine my timings a bit but overall I'm happy.
I will run through it all again twice this weekend to make sure I've got everything under control for the exam on the 8th.
