Delicious sushi in Ibiza

My family just spent a great week in Ibiza, which is part of Spain so I know the food would be great. What I didn’t expect was the amount of sushi that was everywhere!! We had a delicious assortment of California rolls, with avocado, cucumber, and crab, and a spicy tuna roll, with fresh tuna and a bit of heat.

There were also more special rolls like the dragon roll, topped with avocado and eel, and vegetarian options like the avocado roll. Each roll was garnished with toppings like sesame seeds or fish roe.

The platters always come with traditional sides like pickled ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce for dipping. We all love sushi so it was a really nice surprise.
