I wanted to start blogging on my Food & Nutrition coursework to show you the steps I am taking to get a good grade. I am doing a Level 3 Diploma in Food & Nutrition as part of my A Level course and as part of our grades we have to develop and cook a 3 course menu that could be served in a restaurant near a university. This should be good that a university student doesn't eat every day but also doesn't break the bank - a reasonably priced but special meal.
My menu is looking like this at the moment:
Starter
Sea Bass with ratatouille and crispy basil
Main
Spicy chicken ballotine with hassleback potatoes and glazed carrots
Pudding
Mixed berry bavarois on a sponge base
I think this is a pretty tasty menu and something students would love. So let's see how I go with developing my recipes and practicing over the next few weeks!
