It was my mum's 50th birthday party on the weekend. She loves baking and decorating cakes and decided to make her own birthday cake. It was the best cake I've ever tasted! Chocolate mud cake with salted caramel and chocolate buttercream in the middle. I hate baking as it's too precise but if I could make a cake that tasted like that I might be tempted!
