This week I made chicken pasta with a creamy pepper corn sauce. In my mind the sauce was going to be thick, creamy and delicious. In reality it ended up being quite pale and runny!! I didn't reduce the sauce down enough I think. But I will learn from this experience and wouldn’t gain anything if things didn’t go wrong.
The photo above is how mine should have looked! I didn't take a picture of mine - it didn't look very appetising!
P.S. the chicken and pasta were still great!
