Capri!

I've just come home from a brilliant long weekend in Capri, Italy. It's a small island off the coast of Italy just near Napoli. So the seafood was so fresh and the pasta was unbelievable. Italians love their food and every meal was a feast. The vegetables were so fresh and full of flavour. My favourite dish was the pasta with fresh fish - the pasta was shaped like a huge tube and the sauce was so flavoursome! I definitely want to go back sometime.
