I got a bread making lesson today as I've always wanted to know how to make it. It is so simple really but you have to know how to do it as it's technical. All it is is flour, water, yeast and salt. But the process is very specific. I really enjoyed watching the dough rise and I was happy with the end result. It tastes so much better than the shop bought bread too. I would definitely make this again.
