This 'Base Burger' was the at beginning of my Hamburger Gourmet book. It contained beef patty, diced cooked onions, tomato passata, pickles and honey mustard. I have had many burgers in my time as it is my favourite food and the best burger I have ever had is from a tucked away restraunt in Chamonix, France. It was originally a tight ally way but was converted into a burger joint with other traditional French style crêpes. I love the French twist it has that gives it levels above any-other burger restaurant I have been to.I love these burgers so much because they pack so many different flavoursome foods into the burger, they have so many different styles and way they make their burgers.
