Lately I've been trying to come up with healthier versions of my favourite foods. Pancakes are definitely a favourite of mine and so I did a bit of research and found this high protein version. They contained almond milk, almond flower, eggs, maple syrup and I topped them with sliced banana, Greek yoghurt, a little bit of maple syrup and hemp seeds. They were actually pretty good! I'd make them again.
